Potentially very useful, but . . . .
Voice quality is very unpredictable, even with good WiFi coverage and local calls. However the most perplexing problem I am experiencing is that there is a malfunction which causes a 3rd partys name and ID to appear on a recipients phone, when I place a call, rather than my own name and ID. Sometimes the other party hangs up, because they do not recognize the caller. Other times I have to convince the recipient that it is me calling. Needless to say, it is quite a strange anomaly, and one which creates confusion.
I would not bother reporting this, were it not for the complete absence of a service process to deal with customer issues. Their promotional literature lists a series of Nos, No roaming fee, No contract, etc etc. Sadly there is also NO SERVICE. Repeated e-mails (the ONLY way to try to make contact) are either unanswered, or responded to with what are obviously stock answers not responsive to the issue raised.
