Pros and cons of Talk the Talk - Mobile VoIP app for iPhone and iPad

Talk the Talk - Mobile VoIP app good for

The last upgrades really made a difference in user experience. Definitely beats Skype princing on local & Internationnal calls.
Its awesome to use this app compared to facetime on the iphone. The best part? Its mobile! So i can call from virtually anywhere!

Some bad moments

Not even sure this app works at all?. Upon starting app, a form asking for nickname and password which are effectively not the same as username and password of the user profile is the critical barrier! I contacted support twice to no avail. Didnt ever reply to me at all. Hope I am missing something and the app actually works?
I buy 10 dollars worth of credit only to find out it doesnt work! Is there a way to get my money back?
I used this app once and it worked well. I went back to use it a few months later to find that my balance was taken from my account . After a few emails written to support with not resolution I figure Ill never see my ten bucks again. These people are thieves .
I have added $30 credit to make calls. But suddenly I was unable to login due to the system. I sent 2 emails to company but I have never heard anything to solve the issue. My credit seems to be scammed! Never use this app again. They even dont have a phone to call. Totally scam!
They changed price from 2 cents per minutes, to 11!! And I was never informed, I consider this steeling!
I have tried most phone apps out there, this is the only one that solidly, consistently works well. No gimmicks and complicated set ups.
